Radhika Karle is a Master Pilates Trainer, Nutritionist and Co Author of Pure & Healthy – A Healthy Indian cook book. She is the only nutritionist in India to co-author a cook book. She has a Master’s Degree (MS) from the US in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Fellowship in Adolescent and Sports Medicine (Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston Medical Center). She owns a chain of fully equipped Pilates studios at Mumbai.
