This is the recorded version of the Buddha Bowls Masterclass that took place on Sunday June 18th, 2023 from 10am-12pm at The Yogisattva Cafe.

BUDDHA BOWL 1: Cajun Spiced Sweet Potato, Black Bean Quinoa, Spicy Avocado Dip, Quick Kimchi Salad

BUDDHA BOWL 2: Sona Masuri Rice, Asian Cucumber & Pak Choi Salad, Edamame & Gomae (Sesame Sauce)

BUDDHA BOWL 3: Grilled Romesco Sauce Tempeh, Miso Cauliflower, Herby Mint & Pea Quinoa, Pickled Cabbage

BUDDHA BOWL 4: Beet Brown Rice, Lemon & Rosemary Aubergine, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Vegan Feta Cheese Salad, Crispy Chickpeas, Walnut Tahini Pesto

*Please note due to a technical glitch - the video starts with the ingredients of the Kidney Bean Quinoa in the First Buddha Bowl Recipe already mixed in. For the sweet potato part of the first Buddha Bowl Recipe - simply peel and cube the sweet potato, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and roast the sweet potato at 200 C for 20 minutes in the oven.
